What is the difference between a second-hand dealer and an antique dealer ?

  •   Age of items: The second-hand dealer sells used items, whether modern or antique. The antique dealer sells artistic or historical pieces dating back more than a hundred years.

  •   Expertise: The antique dealer guarantees the authenticity of the pieces and possesses in-depth knowledge of art history. The second-hand dealer takes a more generalist and accessible approach.

What is the definition of a second-hand item ?
A pre-owned product is an item that has had one or more previous owners and has already been used.
The item may be resold in its current condition or after undergoing repairs, cleaning, and systematic testing by our professionals.

What is a vintage item ?
A vintage item is an authentic, old object typically over 20 years old that is characteristic of a bygone era (often between the 1920s and 1980s).
